Advent Outreach

Every year, during the season of Advent at Holy Nativity, we seek to reach out to those in need.

This year we have been reaching out in two ways: collecting items for Samaritan's Purse Christmas shoe boxes and helping two families from Ukraine, who are now living in Calgary.

Over the space of a few weeks, 24 shoe boxes were collected, filled by members of the congregation. Many thanks to all those who went out and purchased items and packed their boxes with love and prayer. 

We have also been collecting gift cards for two needy families who have settled in Calgary after fleeeing Ukraine. We pray that our gifts will make a difference in these family's lives.
